Man Released
A man who has been locked up for 14 years will be released per judges order. The man is mentally retarded and being held in a mental institution having never been given a trial.
The reason stated that hes never been to trial is he has never been found competent to stand trial. However noone has teken the time to do any fact finding, local claim this man is nto only harmless but no physically capable to rob and murder people.
Its not clear exactly when they will release the man, but the family is relieved that the judge allowed him to go.
