Senate hopes to curtail a trend that is disturbing many, especially the sub cultures and minorities.
Aren’t all crimes based on hate? Certainly when someone is raped it isn’t love.
So then if every crime is a hate crime wouldn’t this be a generic legislation? Why is it theres never any hate crimes in which the white is is a victim?
