These course are not only necessary to understand the business and invaluable to the serious agent/broker, but in many cases required by a state. Act now and get into the market while its good so you can turn a profit in a short period of time. Get your training and get your business started up.

Go to School!

In Madison, WI three teens were caught breaking into cars. Instead of halting for police they decided to make a run for it. In an effort to ditch the police cruiser they turned sharply… Into the
police parking lot.

Can you say
caught?

Police recovered some iPods, a few car radios, and some credit cards.

2 16 year old boys and a 15 year old girl were arrested for entry into a locked vehicle, property damage, and theft.

Now when I was that age, we played Nintendo, no one got hurt, and  no one got arrested. What is with kids in this age?

It makes no sense.

Apartment Search

Filed under:Other — posted by Tom on @ 3:12 pm

I am sure you remember your last hunt for an apartment. It is time consuming and difficult. First you must pick a good area, then you look for a floor plan that suits you. Once you find those things, then it is a matter of what you want to pay for rent. Things like pet policies and deposits can be an issue. Is your credit up to par?

Even with those variables there is the time it takes. Thats the biggest toll. All the driving to see each apartment take alot of time. When I was looking for an apartment in Austin I used the internet to a great degree. This saved me alot of time, and effort, and energy too! I went to SimpleSearchApartments.com and looked for what I wanted, I was then able to use their filters so I only saw applicable results to what I wanted. This is a very handy resource for everyone who will move apartments.

Hate Crime Legislation

Filed under:News — posted by Tom on @ 2:52 pm

This is Harry Reid talking about legislation pertaining to hate crimes and how
Senate
hopes to curtail a trend that is disturbing many, especially the sub cultures and minorities.
Aren’t all crimes based on hate? Certainly when someone is raped it isn’t love.
So then if every crime is a hate crime wouldn’t this be a generic legislation? Why is it theres never any hate crimes in which the white is is a victim?
