There is an overlooked form of advertising, and it is one people love, and since word of mouth is the greatest advertising anyway it is best to get people talking. Try getting some promotional products. there are many different kinds. Shirts and hats, pens, magnets, stickers. What about calendars or mousepads? You could try coffee mugs or back packs! The possibilities abound, you simply have your business logo and useful information like your website and name and phone number onto a product. This product would be used by people who would regularly see your business info. then when they think about your business type, your business name comes to mind. This generates more business for you.

It is a great investment. If you are serious about making your advertisement dollar work for you, then this is hands down a great way to do it.

Camp Pendleton has been evacuated. The orders were for only key and essential personnel to remain and report for duty. Camp Pendleton is a marine base in southern California and was affected by the California fires. These fires can eb seen from space. Navy personnel have been loaded onto ships to get them off of land. This is truly a national disaster as noted by the California governor and the president himself. Bush is going to visit the site on Thursday.

Flames have reached 200 feet high.

The stadium in San Diego has been converted into emergency housing for the many people that have been evacuated fromt heir homes because of the raging fire tearing through southern California.

12,000 people overnighted in the stadium which contains 96 restrooms, and more people were  believed to be en route. Outside half of the parking lot was full of people and vehicle, many were pitching tents beside their track or car.

FEMA in an act of foresight sent 25,000 cots to the stadium.

Tony Bradley, a magician worked to take the youngsters minds off of the situation, and many children were enthralled by him, while still others sat staring at news reports of what was going on.

Treated wood is wood that will last the weathering process of of the 4 seasons, the storms and the sun. When you build something of wood, you put your back into it, and you want it to last because of the time and effort and money you put into it. You don’t want it to weaken and rot and so on, from rain, or to be made brittle by the sun. So you make sure your wood is treated and properly preserved.

So if you put up a fence on your ranch for example, and you use wood, agricultural fence should be treated and sealed to preserve the wood. Else the effects of nature will over time be adverse to the wood, limiting the structures lifespan.

A firefighter in California with 21 years of experience was absolutely shocked by what he saw.  He said there were piles of smoldering ash next to homes that were in perfect condition. He thinks it is absurd how the fire will attack soem thing and not others, like it burns on a whimsy.

In San Diego county 513,000 residents have already been evacuated in this area which is hit hardest by the fire. The fire may yet spread and the numbers will likely rise higher.

The fire fighters are working to protect the homes that are left, but the fire is not yet controlled, and experts dont think it is possible to fight the fire until the winds die off.
