Kinderstart.com is claiming in the lawsuit that Google has them blacklisted. This theory seems to be incorrect because one would think that a blacklisted party wouldnt be found in google, and clearly kinderstart.com is listed in google.

In fact Kinderstart.com has more than 43000 listings indexed in google.

With regards to visibility in the google search engine, it really comes down googles “page rank”. page rank is how google determines the sites viability, and lists results in relation to their page rank. A page rank of zero would prevent kinderstart.com from apearing at the top of the list.

Kinderstart claims google is infringing on their right to free speech…

Of course I say that if google is forced to promote another search engine then someone is infringing on googles rights…

Robert Clymer is a veteran FBI agent that plead guilty to a DUI and is now suing the maker of his vehicle because it caught fire after he slipped into unconsciousness behind the wheel.

Mr. Clymer had a blood alcohol of .306% almost 4 times the legal limit, and was out cold when the fire department pulled him from his burning vehicle.

The FBI agent was ticketed for dunk driving, and taken to the hospital.

He plead guilty to the DUI, and recieved a suspended jail term.

2 weeks after that, he filed a liability lawsuit against the truck manufacturer and the dealer who sold it to him.

In the suit, the plaintiff claims he parked on the roadside with the motor runnign to make a call on his cell phone. He then “somehow lost consciousness” and the vehicle “somehow produced a heavy smoke that filled the passenger cab”.

In my opinion this guy is a degenerate and should be arrested again for being a nuscience to a perfectly reputable manufacturer. Hes in the public eye, and as a representative of our national police, the FBI, he needs to seta better example. He screwed up, now take the heat. Your truck isnt the piece of crap sir, you are.

A lawsuit brought by a woman named Macie Meckler against the “old orchard mall” due to a excitable squirrel. This squirrel jumped upon the womans leg while she was visiting the outdoor mall.

Meckler had her confrontation with the squirell back in 2004. While she was running and  attempting to remove the squirel she fell and suffered severe injuries.

The suit says its the fault of the mall that the squirrel attacked her.

The suit claims that the squirrel was known and was allowed to remain on the property despite having harrassed customers before. And claims it was encouraged by employees who fed it.

Trees in “The Garden” heh, who woulda thought….

The plaintiff contends that the managment failed to warn her that squirrels live in trees.

Great way to net 50 grand hey?

Insurance companies are well hated for a reason. Sentry insurance is suing an 81 year old woman becuz the insurance company had to pay workers comp to a parcel delivery worker becuz that worker fall on some ice located on the the seniors property.

Insurance companies are largely frowned at because of some practices that, while legal, are considered immoral. Things like lying, or making people feel bullied, or denying katrina victims claims. theres been instances where the insurance company has compensated doctors to dispute claims as well.

Sentry Insurance profitted 245.5 million in the year 2005, and is now suing a senior citizen becuz it paid on one workers worker compensation.
Insurance companies want you to pay them, but they want to never process a claim. Oddly, they have lawyers, but they always advise you not to get one… Definately get one!

Looks like Peter Pan peanut will be in stores again. The peanut butter brand was removed from stores previously after an enormous salmonella episode.

The manufacturer ConAgra is offering us a 100% satisfaction gurantee, I guess i assumed that we had that previously?

the salmonella present in the product affected 635 people across 47 states. Thats a large area of coverage, i hope we wont see this kind of thing in the future. What is most disturbing in my opinion is the number one consumer of peanut butter is the wee ones. The kids were affected the worst but this illness. I wish them all the best!
