Man Sues God
A state senator from Nebraska has file a law suit against God to make a point about stupid lawsuits.
The lawsuit by state senator Ernie chambers claims that God has created “fearsome floods … horrendous hurricanes, terrifying tornadoes”. The senator is asking for a permanent injunction.
Chambers says the point is you can sue anyone for anything. Chambers is bothered that a woman has filed a suit against a judge in Nebraska because he banned words like rape and victim for a sexual assault trial. She claims the judge has broken the rights given to her by the first amendment.
Chambers says her suit has “questionable merit”.
