Boy Released in Ohio

The boy in Ohio accused of an arson that killed 5 people, on of whom was his mother, has been released to his grandmothers care.

The 10 year old’s mother perished in the flames alsong with his sister who was just 8 years old. Three other children died as well. Due to this fact the judge said he is also a victim.

Police claim the boy fessed up to creating a fire in the town of Greenville, and small community of 13,000. The boy said he didnt mean to kill anyone. The child’s attorney claims the boy denies the charges against him and he was drilled and pressured during police interrogation.

The judge has created waves of controversy because he ordered the boys name not be released because he is in fact a juvenile. The Associated press is fighting it based on their freedom of press.
