New Laws in Florida

Due to new laws Florida is now the toughest state in America against people who sex crimes against kids. Things that are legel elsewhere will constitute felonies in Florida, and penalties have been tripled. Good job Florida.

For example, it is now a crime to take a trip to meet a child for sex, even if the meeting never occurs. Pedophiles will now have to register their email addresses, and that data will be given to sites liek MySpace.

For so long child pornography has been looked at as a victimless crime, but this is NOT the case, those pictures are people, children, and they are going through things they shouldn’t be, and being taken advantage of and abused for another’s entertainment.

Under new laws the maximum penalty for child pornography is now 15 years, the old limit was 5.
