Brad Renfro was found dead in his home recently. He was in his mid twenties, so it is really saddening that he has passed away. The cause of death is not known at this time but he has had problems with drug addiction in the past so that isn’t being ruled out as an option.

The teen who shot his friend in the chest times just got his bail lowered from 750 thousand dollars to twenty five thousand dollars. This lowered bail was set despite pleas from the family and the district attorney that the teen was a flight risk. He is facing a life sentence for shooting his friend after an argument. The press states that the two had been friends since kindergarten and graduated high school together in 2006.

Oil prices are at 100$ a barrel. That means 4$ a gallon for the cheap gas is soon to be in our future. This is going to be a huge burden on us. An extra dollar per gallon of gas really ads up. Can we get some real news please? I don’t care about Wesley Snipes going to jail. I don’t care about Britney Spears or her equally trashy pregnant teen sister. I don’t care who’s mom died, who is having a baby, who’s show is canceled. I would like to know what is going on in the world. No one seems to care about that any more though, they are all wrapped up in what the celebrities are doing. It makes me ill.

Reverend Al Sharpton is under federal investigation. They are looking into his finances to see whether or not he is evading taxes. The federal government feels like he is living beyond the means of what he should be making as a reverend. Al Sharpton feels that he is being discriminated against because of his advocacy against hate crimes and his involvement in the Jena Six protests.
