10 year old cleared of charges
The 10 year old boy believed to be responsible for the fires in California will not face charges. Investigators found no evidence to support that his playing with matches is what actually caused the blaze. The boy faced charges after admitting to police officers that he had started the fire by playing with matches. The case is being referred to family services to evaluate, and provide any needed counseling.
