The Trump Taj Mahal  hotel in Atlantic City has decided to give $1.2 million to end a suit by a female hurt when her hotel room commode broke away from the wall while she was using it.

The 74 year old woman had asked for 2 million dollars in damages.

The woman needed an operation after her first fall and she  never  recovered the power in her left arm, her attorney said. As a result, she was not able to prevent herself from falling  when she fell  less than two years after.

Prior to the settlement, the inn had said in a brief that it would be “damn near impossible” for the 320-pounder to catch herself in the second fall, even without prior injury.

The document said due  to the womans stature and complete lack of physical fitness there is no way she could have supported herself.
